Much of what we deliver to Uluwatu goes into villas that did not exist a year ago. For new builds we work from your floor plan: mattresses and bedding per room, linen at 3 par per bed, amenities, chemistry, kitchen and tableware, down to the floating breakfast tray. Salt air is the local tax

Everything outdoors on the Bukit lives with onshore wind and salt spray. Standard hardware corrodes, cheap rattan chalks, untreated steel stains the deck it stands on. Our outdoor furniture for Uluwatu leans on grade-A teak, powder-coated marine-grade aluminium and HDPE rattan with stainless fittings - the materials recipe that survives clifftop exposure, with quick-dry foams and solution-dyed covers that shrug off both spray and UV.

After the opening

Once a villa is live it joins the same routes as the rest of the south: monthly pool and amenity restock, linen top-ups after high season, free samples before any change.
